However, having said that, I believe he is using his right foot to push down on the pavement to try to apply more pressure. But I could be wrong.
No problem, anon. I've just had the "muh feels" from the start, that the cop was trying to apply more pressure than just his weight. It looks like he is "bouncing", but that could just be the movements of George, who was trying like hell to breathe. I think it's probably got to do with his right hand on the cruiser, and the right leg extended out….
