Afognak Native Corporation, Alutiiq LLC, and their subsidiaries527 reviews - Sparta, WI
Role players create simulated conditions in which to validate Soldiers' ability to apply material learned in realistic scenarios. Scenarios may vary from coordinating an opportunity to meet with local leaders, coordinating medical support to local children, assessing the attitudes of the population in a certain area; de-escalating a situation by communicating properly with local religious leaders, supporting riot control, or directing both combatants and non-combatants during offensive operations. Role players will provide the realism to the scenario, filling the roles of the indigenous population, requiring the Soldiers training to apply the skills taught in the classroom environment.
Role Players will support the units undergoing and interfacing with training conducted by or associated with the 6th Brigade (CA/MISO), 102nd Division (MS).
Role Players will be responsible for maintaining accountability of assigned equipment and for participating in training as required.
Role players will always be in character when participating in training.
Role players will impersonate indigenous personnel that can interact with training Soldiers in accordance with role descriptions/scenarios and master or Mission Event Sequence Lists (MESL) developed by the Government.
Role Players may also be required to act as Opposing Forces (OPFOR), impersonating terrorists and/or insurgents, as required.
Role Players will ensure that issued equipment and clothing is laundered and maintained as required.
Role players will return all equipment and clothing issued for training at the end of each mission.
Role players are expected to be self-sufficient (See C.1.1).
