I am not arguing that. Simply presenting facts.
The difference between EMS and Sheriff's is more blue in the middle of the patch. I assume nothing else. I'm no attorney, nor profess to be. I presented the facts as I see them, I believe EMS were there, EMS did not immediately perform life saving techniques. I do not know what was done in the ambulance, but they left the scene with only lights going, no siren. You can make your own conclusions.
