The deciding factor for me was when the "EMT" checked his pulse and didn't tell the cop anything!!…he said nothing to that cop…why?…because it was business as usual and the guy was still alive as in NOT DEAD…..do you honestly think that if he took his pulse and the guy was DEAD, that the "EMT" would have told him that?….he didn't!!!!…..THE GUY WAS ALIVE!! at least at that point in time. can't say what happened after that.
