Are the uniforms we're seeing the same as the pic here? If so, these may have been real EMTs…but the bulletproof vest needs explained. And, of course, doesn't account for the lack of resuscitation efforts.

But I'm beginning to think they were, in fact, EMTs. What do anons think?
