The quote is most likely fake and gay; Q likely got it from a quotes website.

But it don't matter.

Instead, look at the guy himself. The video excerpt that was linked beforehand is a good start. There's more to that interview, try to find it on google.

Then look into his Open Society stuff. Dude is among those who want to bring about global, international socialism. He's got considerable wealth. So much that it becomes power.

That makes him pretty dangerous to anyone who likes free market based capitalism, ie. the western civilization. Which has been gravely eroded for the past 19 years already.

This fits into the theory that LOOKING GLASS is a computer simulation:

FB, Twatter, GOOG & Co… They make up large part of the data thats being fed into LOOKING GLASS.

The Chinese are determined to achieve technological superiority (among many other things). They want their own LOOKING GLASS.

I suspect that's also why european supercomputers were attacked, about 10 days ago, purportedly by Chinese hackers. My take away is that the user interfaces of those computers were attacked, in order to harvest user credentials.

Credentials are sometimes (insecurely) shared across multiple systems by the user.

So there might be an account on Stuttgart University's HAWK, used by some researcher that also happens to have access to SUMMIT (The LOOKING GLASS is not the only thing running on SUMMIT; It's also being used for public scientific research).

But once you have access to a computer, it's usually rather trivial to escalate privileges (think 0-day exploit) and gain administrative access.
