Can't be that they knew each other and worked together for that many years and yet it doesn't appear as if they know each other at all on the video, not sure that I've seen all that there has been posted.

The insertion of "bad cops" into the PD's has to be part of the infiltration v invasion plan. These must be dirty sleeper cops put there to help carry out events like this. This reminds me of the school shooting where the police stood down and didn't enter the school.
