It is with great sadness that I have to report that Dr. Birx has taken a huge step back in her brief progress away from her use of "baby-talk" with regard to her vocal quality. Her use of baby-talk and vocal-fry is getting worse and unfortunately our ears will continue to have to suffer from this outrageous lack of self-awareness and blatant disregard for her listeners.
