Yeah, I'm not reading the "CA is special" as a good thing for the nation because of the agriculture. California is a major hub of all the bad shit that is spreading to other states and destroying the USA right now.

Sell to the Chinese or the Middle Easterners. They now own most of California now anyway. Home values will never decline there as long as millions of illegal Mexicans continue to live and breed there. Working class people will always need a place to live and that keeps rents and property values up.
