This "summary" of the actual conversation seems to change the meaning of the conversation, and in a significant way. Kislyak did not pose a question, or rather posed a rhetorical question. And Flynn doesn't say "yes." The way the summary reads, Flynn told Kislyak the monetary sanctions meant US wouldn't be working on terrorism with Russia. Now, read the actual words. That latter sentence that Kislyak said we're fighting the terrorists, was omitted from the summary. Now, imagine, you're Pence and Yates shows you a summary that claims Flynn told Kislyak the sanctions meant the US wouldn't work w/ Russia on terrorism.
