All have the same statement

“I am unable to physically attend proceedings in the House Chamber due to the ongoing public health emergency,…”

Yet no accountability on their activities such as self-isolating.

Rep Doggett, TX-35 does not indicate original signature although his votes have been recorded by proxy this week.

In the Congressional Record for votes this week, the Clerk denoted proxy votes with ( ) for Floor votes. On the electronic voting, the Clerk does not annotate the votes were by proxy. According to HRes. 965, a member voting revokes their proxy. Clerk should either record votes accurately and correctly or revoke all proxies (preferred).

During the proxy votes, a few making proxy votes referred to pursuant to HR 965. That is incorrect. And on the bills being voted on, instead of stating HR 6782, numerous congresspersons stated House Resolution 6782. The resolution HRes 965 states the proxy vote is to be made by "exact instructions." The resolution is being violated by proxy voters stating a nonexistent resolution instead of statng a vote on the specific bill.

Also has been no Sergeant At Arms report daily as required by Rule XX 5(c) which was not amended. (letter and Rule attached)
