The charging documents showed George Floyd's death did not "support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

Minneapolis, MN – The Hennepin County medical examiner cited underlying health conditions and possible intoxicants in the death of 46-year-old Geroge Floyd but found no physical evidence that he had been suffocated or strangled by the Minneapolis police.

He fought with the officers before and would not cooperate by getting into the vehicle, isn't that resisting arrest? And no police officer should ever have to risk his life for unpredictable actions of a suspect under the influence of illegal drugs.

It will be thrown out of court, if no Asphyxiation or substantial "medical proof" other than that of opinion, that being held down played any part in his death.

Just being arrested could have exacerbated his pre-existing conditions & illegal drugs in his system.

Flimsy so called evidence for the charge.
