Law enforcement should shut down the cellphone service in every city where riots are occurring. INSTANTLY you would have a bunch of losers standing around with no direction.

This is LUDICROUS! Blast them to hell and back. Rubber bullets, tear gas, taser, EMP, whatever non-lethal ya got, and none of this only one level of force above what they are using, give em the full load and be done with it and put a stop to this insanity. DISGUSTING!
