There is one video I saw where this female was looting like crazy and shouting to others, who seemed to react to her 'commands' or whatever-
She was unaware she was on live TV for a while, then noticed the camera and got the fuck outta there.
It's the ones acting as 'leaders' that need cuffs.
That clip of the 16 yr old, who lived just a block from the fiery riots in MN that was just parroting slogans that hit a nerve with me.
