This Congress won't do shit unless it lines their pockets or their friends' pockets, and they want the president to fail. Ryan and McConnell are two of the biggest mofos. They're not going to do anything to close the border. If they wanted to they could and would have done it long ago. They still can. I don't see them doing it.
