They purposely highlight police brutality cases in which the police will be found NOT GUITLY so they can increase the level of outrage.

 

They find cases and start a narrative where it is obvious the police are guilty, even though they know they aren't.

They stir up racial tension.

then when plice are found not guilty, it cause moar anger

 

they intentionnaly pick cases they know they can't win just to raise the heat.
