We dont know it. The people who elected them dont know it and thatis the point. I dont know that it is intentional, but I am seeing how all of these Governors are being exposed and how POYUS is being elevated. Its not the Fed who sent sick folks to nursing homes, its Governors, its not the Fed who put these bricks on corners its local leaders who allow it. Frankly if its not intentional, its brilliant as it is correctly, separating the state from the fed.
