When I was a young kid who trusted the police I once found a car liscense plate on the side of the road. I picked it up, took it home and called the police, because I wanted to be a good citizen. The officer who showed up yelled at me and accused me of stealing it. I was mortified. I never really trusted police after that. I don't think you understand how being a condescending cop can make you hated. And don't even get me started on the "good cop/bad cop" routine you guys pull all the time.
>Telling you that I’d punch you in the face, is not a nice thing to say. But I didn’t actually do it, just said it.
Assault is words, battery is fists, so you could be charged with assault. In fact these days you could also get charged with "terroristic threatening". I am not kidding or exaggerating at all. Be careful with what you say.
The officer suggested I'd done it as a prank. Maybe delinquents do that sort of thing, I really don't know.
I'd rather be dead than live in a fundamentally broken society run by heartless megacorporations, to be quite honest.
Good cops tend to be the young naive ones who still think they can help the world. I've met a few of those, quality people. I don't think I've ever met a friendly older cop.
