If this death happened on Monday, and the first riot was Wednesday evening, complete with out of towners present, that means this whole thing was planned and coordinated right? I mean, can you assemble the protestors and rioters in 2 days? Maybe

But if this was all planned and scheduled, then one of two things can be true:

1) The cop was told, ordered, paid, etc, to kill a black person that day, and that black person is dead

2) Both the cop and George were in on it, and both actors
