Just wanted to throw this out there…
wifeanon has DID, and crazy physiological changes are possible with different alters. Like a lot of stuff people don't know about, from visual acuity and blood pressure to disappearing yeast infections.
Maybe the reason why this guy looks completely different when you just look at the two, but the same when you compare each feature (or the difference can be explained by other logical factors, i.e. lighting, angle, etc.) ties to him being different hims at the time of each pic.
