Formally name the anti-First Amendment fascists and their financier as terrorists and arrest anyone associating with soros's anti-First Amendment fascists…that ought to clean up a lot of the demonrat scum!

Can the FCC or the FTC remove the operating licenses of cable networks that have lied exclusively for the last 4 years…and continue to lie 24/7 vomiting absolute garbage, polluting the airwaves with the most obscene lies possible? Are they not defrauding the American public? Is it not demonstrable to the legal system that foulness such as the cnn/msdnc/cbs/abc/npr/nbc/nyt/wapo cabal are anti-American and obviously owned controlled by foreigners?
If neither the FCC or FTC, who are supposedly in control of such aspects, can do nothing to eliminate the constant stream of lies from the globalist propaganda media…then of what use are the FCC and FTC and why should American taxpayers keep funding them?

The Elements of First Degree Murder
State laws categorizing murders into first, second and possibly third degrees generally require that first degree murders include three basic elements
Willfulness;
Deliberation; and
Premeditation.

Not all states divide murder into degrees. In some places, the top level murder crime is called by another name, such as "capital murder."
Intent
In terms of willfulness, first degree murderers must have the specific intent to end a human life. This intent does not necessarily have to correspond to the actual victim.
A murder in which the killer intends to kill but kills the wrong person or a random person would still constitute first degree murder.
Furthermore, under many state laws, killing through action showing a depraved indifference to human life can qualify as murder in the first degree.
