"Will this usher in Martial Law?"

Similar to needing all 50 states to declare an emergency before POTUS could really take control of the china virus situation, we just need to wait until the moronials and their daddy soros make the grave mistake of arranging riots in one-too-many cities around the country at the same time.

One or two simultaneous soros-arranged riots is likely not enough even though one in the east, one in the west, but I believe there is a 'number' above which no government official is prepared to go and if the soros-moronials become overly besotted by their apparent success in MN (I mean after all, 'succeeding' with such antics in a demonrat controlled state is sort of like armstrong 'winning' anything) and do like their employers did by springing their virus too early and do something even more idiotic than what they are already doing and - like twaddle - give President Trump that 'one too far' moment…No…but the instant, the very second - Nay - the nano-second the soros-scum anti-First Amendment fascists 'go there' then I believe there will be a Nation-wide Martial Law order…and the Military Tribunals will begin.

One needs dreams but far too many Americans don't seem to get that the "American Dream" now means you have to be asleep…at least I can have a waking dream about a month-long livestream on Court-TV from GITMO!

Strawman argument.

Even if he was inebriated the focus of the legal system will be on whether or not he would have died from his 'inebriation' in the absence of chauvin's knees pushing his body to the pavement with one on his lower spine, the other on his 'upper torso' or if the added pressure of a 200lb object pressing him to the ground was the necessary component to cause him to die.

There is no other consideration.

If he was sober enough to walk, sober enough to 'put up resistance' then he was sober enough to be put in the back of the police cruiser and taken to jail…anything else; including several minutes of 'peer' pressure, is enough to warrant arrest and charges. Killing him was unwarranted, cruel and unusual punishment for 'passing paper.'
