Hennepin Healthcare wears that color uniform. Dark brown pants and light brown shirts. EMTs/Medics use the same style radios as LE. The majority of EMTs providers have ballistic wear these days. I see nothing suspicious on the uniform. Now on the medical side, there are issues.
