Not Samantha's first rodeo;
Weapon/obstruction of breathing: An 18-year-old female and Samantha Shader, 24, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Ulster at state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, at 12:08 p.m. Sunday. The 18-year-old was charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of breathing and assault. Shader was charged with assault and menacing with a weapon. Both were released with appearance tickets. State police did not identify the 18-year-old because of her age.
