Not sure. Really hard to tell, since one photo is head on, the other is not. But:

Ears on right stick out way farther.

Graying pattern does NOT match - very little on right, very much on left. Hair is a different color - effect of lighting?

Bridge of nose looks the same, the end of the nose left appears a bit larger, and possibly more upturned.

Hair seems to actually be shorter on the left, at least on top.
