I'm thinking the Keystone is the soon to be implemented GDPR in EU requiring every one doing business in or with EU is required to have a PGP KEY. This goes into effect May 2018. Goal is to have one currency system. Those who own the PGP Keys will have all businesses financial data and passwords = screwed. Tried to pass with TPP, Trump said no. Doesn't matter b/c any business in US that does business in EU will have to have. Why Hussein frantically trying to lift embargos/sanctions before he left - Vietnam, Cuba, etc. I think part of the plan for a One World Currency/Business/Trade
