Reading between the lines:

 

HRC is going to be prosecuted soon, based on the contents of the emails. CNN is trying to inoculate the public by convincing them that the emails aren't really hers–they're saying that they're something that one of Trump's advisors found on the Dark Web.

I agree totally. Surely, they can nail them for "aiding and abetting," especially since this ties to foreign interests. It would probably be tricky, since the media has lots of protection…but if there isn't a law, Congress needs to get one passed immediately.

 

Imagine how CNN, the NY Times, and all the others would change their tune if a law was passed that made disseminating foreign propaganda a federal crime, punishable by a life sentence or the death penalty. Do you think the headlines would be completely different the day after?
