What is happening in EVERY suburb of MPLS is absolutely targeted, every city within 20 minutes of travel is shutting down and boarding up. Even the typical local lock-step DFLMedia is stating over and over these are not "Minneapolitians" - MN is a very blue very dirty stronghold.
