Sullivan hired an attorney to respond to his bosses at that circuit court, not to comply with their order and not to save his job, he hired a lawyer to communicate with his bosses because he knows he will likely be charged with sedition and treason.

 

He’s fighting for his life.

 

The circuit court will dismiss the flynn case. Sullivan will be removed from the court. And he will almost certainly face sedition and treason charges.

 

“First we fuck Flynn, then we fuck Trump.” - Andrew McCabe’s widely reported motivation in falsely charging General Flynn was seditious.

 

All the judges on both the DC district and circuit courts knew this.

 

And they let it continue.

 

The whole court could be going to jail for life terms, if they’re lucky and the military is nice, and forgetful.
