I have been watching the police on TV. Most do not have helmets of vests, but are facing bricks and bottles. They are being sent out unequipped by their superiors. Whether intentionally, or not, the police officers are being put in an unsafe position. Thus, the public is in an unsafe position, and the local and state governments can't or won't get the job done to enforce the appropriate laws.

Don't worry about optics. If you move quickly, you can show the evidence tieing the thugs to NGOs, local, state, and federal politicians, LE, and the media. Document and show the evidence. It has to be done. Can't let this fester on top of Covid and a busted economy.

Will also require the cleanse of at least one major network so that the public can get the real story.

If you made use of the pandemic scare event to clear out the tunnels, or whatever op you ran, then you can use the riots to start to expose the corruption.
