• Buses from Indianapolis with 3000 'protesters' are 45 minutes away. Officers on street begging for the expressways to be closed.

• Rioters throwing M80s - use of deadly force authorized.

• 3 police cars on fire.

• Numerous shootings (aside from the usual).

• Looting everywhere in the Loop and nearby areas. Unable to respond to all locations.

Chicago police are being completely overwhelmed.
