Inane analogy. It's God using rainbows in nature to remind Man there will never again be physical water covering the earth. How Man uses rainbows is not relevant to that. It can't be since everything Man touches is perverted and turns to dust.
That's backward. Being saved is being made of citizen of the Heavenly Zion, the Israel of God:
