DC rioters running away from something.
People that actually live in DC, even the local crews [gangs], are wondering what the hell these people are thinking. Common knowledge there that you just don't screw around in DC.

Same thing used to happen at Grateful Dead shows. All the 'environmentalist' hippies would come into a town and leave a gigantic mess at the arena. Parking lots would be trashed. Always lost/abandoned dogs as well.
That was horrible. I watched that live. Have it on VHS somewhere.
