Found this morning in Seattle, close to James street. Looks like an occult spell. They have to state their intentions and that looks like a city burning to me. They littered the city with these murals.
If you still think this isn't a spiritual war that's fine, just don't forget their symbolism. Its a red flag. They even put a black cube on it.
