chinese are known as growers in that bust of 100 houses. per Q
who collects that tax? port authority? I don't know but somebody collects it.
ok now the export is loaded up. now it's not listed as a declared product anymore if THEY didn't want it listed and kept the tax joe taxpayer just paid. now the taxes paid do not exist. pocketed. product is shipped and now is a black market sale.
joe taxpayer is none the wiser. he got paid and walks away dumb but happy.
i would say this can happen in an import situation also. taxes paid. pocketed. does not exist after and then black marketed.
am i off here or not? i really have no idea how these taxes work? just kicked me and maybe a taxfag can pick this up and explain?
