Indeed, CA is special, as in special needs case. I live here, and it is insane what the Sacramento pols are doing regarding the immigration issue. That plus the idiotic waste of money trying to build a high speed train no one wants or needs, when we could be tackling more important infrastructure issues like the water supply!
