I watched the floyd arrest video a number of times. First, floyd is a big strong man, he commtted a crime, he resisted arrest, the four cops couldn't even get him into the police car, so they restrained him on the ground until more help arrived. The cop accused of murder was obviously not trying to kill the suspect, it was not a matter of the cops beating the suspect to death, they were just trying to keep him restrained. The death was not racist, premeditated, or intentional. Looks more like it was a matter of bad police training or procedure.
