Even though this has WaPo's spin this is a decent compilation of the footage captured from several angles/cameras.
At worst it's a reckless cop that made a life-altering mistake and his buddies let it happen. He'll never be able to erase this, and probably deserved to be fired long before this incident, and should probably do some time for it.
The fact remains that the police were called on him with good reason, and he was stupid to hang around after his attempted crime, especially when the cops rolled up. He was even stupider to resist being arrested when he was already caught. He didn't deserve to die over it but he definitely seemed deserving of the arrest.

I saw an anon on Twitter post a list (and then delete it), suggesting most of the riot cities had D mayors next to them. I wanted to verify it so I started going through and adding mayors names and party to confirm they were all D's and so far it seems like most of them are D except San Diego and OKC.
I'll try to reconcile this with your list because I don't know if all of these had riots plus a couple here had duplicates. Do you see any cities on pic-related that are NOT having riots or are incorrectly marked as D (I saw San Diego was incorrectly marked D)?

I've reconciled the lists of cities provided along with the mayors and their party affiliation. Still working to add governors to this.
There was some debate about Newark, not sure if they had riots or not. Anons please sanity check. Do all of these cities have riots?
