Q Team, Q+,

It is very sad to see the looting and destruction that is happening at this moment in our nation.

I understand that people here have been kept intentionally in poverty forever and as a consequence this has created a society with so many low lifers which are doing so much damage to property and our economies.

There are 4 reasons that I have identified that have been supporting the existence of this kind of people.

1.Abuse of welfare benefits (Should in most circumstances be time limited?).

2.Corrupt/dysfunctional law enforcement and judicial system due to the incapability of keeping serious criminals commiting crimes (Think about law enforcement taking action on illegal drugs retailers instead of wholesalers maintaining this crime forever).

3.Dysfunctional education system.

4.Widespread government corruption and indecency which goals are the destruction of our society and not protection and service of the people.

Mr. President: I know you are working on issues 2 and 4 but would be good if action is taken on the chronic abuse of the welfare system and this way these people will have no option but to get a "decent" job if you already fixed the law enforcement/Judicial system.

This way this nation will achieve decency again.

The education issue is very complex but I hope can be improved in a way to achieve a positive impact in our society
