Before libs took over our culture, vice used to be confined to certain areas of a city. People wanted drugs, whores, stolen merchandise, they went there. Cops allowed it because they could easily monitor activity and keep things under control. And confined. You can't eliminate all evil. But you can keep it under wraps.

Lib laws changed all that. Now it's spread out and any crook can get a place to live in a decent neighborhood to ply his trade.

This is a good lesson in tactics. In the late 60s, cigarette companies were legally prohibited from advertising. They loved it. Because at the same time, packages of cigs had to have the warning on the side.

No one reads that. And the cigs sell themselves anyways.
