Roberts' original comments about the Obamacare mandate showed he was against it. Then, out of the blue, he reinterpreted what was written and actually put words in it calling it a tax rather than a penalty fine. His vote & rewrite allowed it to stand & go into law. Unprecedented opinion for the court!
