Those paint rounds probably have invisible tracer dots mixed in. 20:00 curfew and this happened at 21:30. Given a warning and you don’t listen, you are then tagged. Change clothing, wash visible paint off but you will miss the dots. If they come upon you again that night, no warning will be given.
