we came too close with Obummer to a communist takeover to feel that our Constitution can protect us, it was almost too late and our system of checks and balances nearly failed us.
i am not a consitution scholar but think we need to expand bill of rights and modernize it legally. for instance 2A, instead of activists always chipping away at the definition contained within the 2A, lets get a bill or rights amendment that specifies we can have long guns, with high capacity mags.
as things are now challenges to our rights, 2A, 1A, most of them only weaken the originalist intents because of interpretations.

for application of lethal or significant self defense measures we have to perceive a threat of harm, and sometimes that has to be proven or defended. if a group is labelled by the Gov as a terror group does the standard of proof required to apply lethal force in self defense reduce?
this may come into play and should be interpreted because god knows how many people get blocked by antifa, dragged out of their car and harmed, and it should not be that way.
