There's a window of 1 or 2 breads to change notable titles, fix typos, etc, and it's good for anons and for the aggregators to have descriptive titles.

Not a rule change. This is long-standing actual practice.
I'm fine with that, unless bakers are having serious and consistent issues with bread quality. At that point it affects all of us.
(Should go without saying, but current baker is doing an excellent job.)
Also, let's not forget about the normies we're here to wake up, our notables reach many thousands of other people and growing daily.
Good bakers respond promptly to issues and notables pointed out by real anons.
