I'm saying it is not identifiable information that can be used in an ad service. CloudFlare isn't an ad service. They're a CDN. Can't say the same about Google Analytics.
It's a refined distinction, but yes, that info does come from the "analytics" tab of CF. Just be aware that that data is not nearly as detailed as Google's and will not be usable as it is in the case of GA.
CF isn't perfect but it's the best available at this point.
