Been trying to figure out how to transpose this strategem to meme warfare.
This would call for a moratorium on all campains to focus on direct attacks only, meaning that memes should only be directed at the front lines(against tweets, memes, or posts that directly attack q, the boards, or POTUS).
With the strikes being very specific, more focus would be drawn to the LOUDEST of the enemy, therefore stomping the largest targets out.
