Have we missed the main point of Sun Tzu?
Notables from several breads ago listed this book, The Hundred-Year Marathon: China's Secret Strategy to Replace America as the Global Superpower by Michael Pillsbury.
Just started reading it and it gives an interesting perspective on the way the Chinese think. Made me wonder if we've been missing a vital component of Sun Tzu all this time. Deception.
The book seems to be saying that China wants to take over the entire world (the base of operations of the globalist takeover?) by the 100th anniversary of the CCP's rise (2049). All along, their MO has been deception. They acted like a struggling 3rd world country while all along they were playing the US against Russia and taking all kinds of secrets from both.
They've been enamored by Darwin's theories and a mistranslation has taken the concept of "survival of the fittest" and changed it to "elimination of the weak."
