The term "citizens" is mentioned a couple times in your post.
That's the crux of the problem.
The rights of "citizens" are trampled every day by government, police and the courts.
They consider citizens to be nothing more than chattel property.

Citizens have civil rights (privileges) granted to them BY government.
American State nationals (We, the People) have unalienable rights endowed by our creator and protected by the Constitution.
Government only has power delegated to it BY the people, the sovereigns.
Understanding and correcting your political status is a step in the right direction.
The de jure American government can ONLY be reconstructed by the people and ONLY we can retake the power that is our birthright.
Fact is that the government services corporation doing business as United States deliberately and through fraud identifies people born in one of the several states as citizens.
