The Boogaloo movement is a band of infiltrators who portray themselves as white supremacists. Whether they really are or not is up to debate. They try to inject themselves into different political fronts, in an attempt to simply disrupt.
Look at the page on wikipedia to see how the Left is trying to place them. The Left (DS) is attempting to associate them with Qanons, so it is likely some of the Boogaloos are inflitrators here, shills, advocating violence. Trademark is to say something like "Q is doing nothing to stop the riots, Americans need to take it into our own hands and start shooting those nigs," and so forth.
That PMSNBC anchor and the ex-FBI agent are likely trying to set a narrative that Anons are white supremacists.
