Discrimination used to be synonymous with discernment. It, along with many other words, has been twisted to feed into the post-modern Marxist deconstructionist ethos that is subverting traditional structures that uphold society and its values. Everyone makes race based judgements because it's simply a prudent mechanism of survival to instinctively judge how you should proceed towards a group of young black men vs a group of old Indian women.
The 'progressive' mentality is thoroughly detached from reality and any semblance of rational self-awareness.
